Viair’s 10005 Heavy Duty Onboard Air System is a powerful, dependable system that is great for air inflation, air tools, and more importantly, powering HornBlaster horns! This 33% duty cycle onboard air system is lighting-fast and can handle airing up tires up to 35” in size. In fact, Viair threw in a tire inflation kit with the system just for that purpose. Viair’s quick-fill 400C Air Compressor will fill their 2.5-Gallon 6-Port Air Tank from empty to full in only 2 minutes and 20 seconds and will recharge the tank automatically from 90-120 PSI in only 48 seconds!

As a complete kit, the Viair Heavy Duty Onboard Air System includes all parts and hardware needed, including 20 feet of 20” Air Line, 110-150 PSI Pressure Switch, Dash Panel Gauge with ON/OFF Switch, 40-Amp Relay, 1/4" NPT Drain Cock, 1/4" NPT Compression Fitting,175 PSI Safety Valve and 20 feet of 12-Gauge Wire.
