When it comes to performance, accept no imitations. With other onboard air, you have to choose between a long duty cycle and a fast refill time. With our HornAir 2485 system, you get the best of both worlds, the longest duty cycle as well as the fastest refill of any other heavy-duty kit!

Included is our Black 2-Gallon Tank that has four 1⁄4 in ports and two 1/2 in ports. Strategic placement of the ports allows you to be able to install your drain cock on the bottom-most port on the tank for optimal draining no matter how the air tank is oriented. The 1/2 inch ports provide optimal airflow, preventing bottlenecking that occurs in other kits.

The star of the show is the overpowered Viair 485C. The only Viair compressor rated at 100% duty cycle and 200 PSI, The Viair 485C can easily power our 150 PSI Horn Air kit and then some. As well as a ridiculous duty cycle, the Viair 485C also has an insane refill time, able to recharge our Horn Air 2485 kit from 110-150 PSI in only 50-55 seconds! With a sleek new head design, not only is the Viair 485C the fastest, but also the quietest compressor available. All the increased power won’t mean increased strain on your battery either, the Horn Air 2485 delivers next-level performance while only pulling 23 amps!

Our HornAir systems come complete with all necessary fittings, including a Viair 110/150 Pressure Switch with a built-in relay, safety blow-off, air gauge, and drain cock. Unlike many other onboard air systems, ours comes with 10 and 18 gauge wire, as well as a complete wiring kit including a fuse holder. This takes out the guesswork and helps ensure your system is installed correctly.

Please Note: This HornAir system is not recommended for AirChime horns. We recommend using at least a 4-gallon tank with larger-scale train horns like the P3, P5, K3, and K5; however, this kit is perfect for HornBlasters Shocker horns and Outlaw and Bandit series horns.
