Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Return authorization (RMA) required before returning items
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Unused automotive parts in original packaging
- Items that do not fit as described
- Wrong items shipped by DMS AUTOPARTS LLC
- Defective items (manufacturer defects only)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed parts
- Electrical components that have been connected
- Special order or custom manufactured items
- Items damaged by improper installation
- Fluids, chemicals, and hazardous materials
- Items without original packaging or labels
4. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email contact@dmsautoparts.com or call +1 386 336 2371
- Provide Information: Order number, item description, and reason for return
- Receive RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number
- Package Item: Include RMA number on package and return shipping label
- Ship Return: Send to our return processing center
5. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless our error)
- We recommend using tracked shipping service
- DMS AUTOPARTS LLC is not responsible for lost return packages
- Returns shipped COD will not be accepted
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our error)
- Restocking fee may apply (see section 8)
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges available for different sizes or specifications
- Customer pays shipping difference if new item costs more
- Refund issued if new item costs less
- Exchange items must be in stock

9. Damaged Items
- Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of damage for our records
- Keep all packaging materials
- We will arrange return pickup for damaged items
10. Warranty Claims
- Manufacturing defects covered under manufacturer warranty
- Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product type
- Installation damage not covered under warranty
- Contact us for warranty claim procedures
11. Core Charges
- Some items require core exchange (old part for new part)
- Core charges refunded when acceptable core is received
- Core must be returned within 30 days
- Core condition requirements vary by product
12. International Returns
We currently do not accept returns from international customers. All sales to international forwarding services are final.
