1. Shipping Coverage

DMS AUTOPARTS LLC ships automotive parts and components throughout the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days for most items
  • Special order items may require additional processing time

4. Free Shipping

  • Free standard ground shipping on orders over $150
  • Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States only
  • Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination zip code
  • Selected shipping method
  • Item type and special handling requirements

6. Large or Heavy Items

  • Items over 70 lbs may require freight shipping
  • Freight shipments require scheduled delivery appointment
  • Additional charges may apply for lift gate or inside delivery
  • Customer will be contacted for freight shipping arrangements

7. Tracking Information

  • Tracking information is provided via email once order ships
  • Track your package on our website or carrier's website
  • Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update

8. Delivery

  • Signature may be required for high-value items
  • Packages are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Saturday delivery available for select shipping methods
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery

9. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Additional charges apply for address corrections
  • Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect addresses
  • PO Boxes accepted for small items only

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
  • Report damage or missing items within 24 hours
  • We will file claims with carriers for damaged/lost packages
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after claim resolution

11. Holiday Shipping

Shipping schedules may be modified during holidays. Check our website for holiday shipping cutoff dates and delivery schedules.
